Privacy policy

Public pages do not offer visitor accounts, comments or a newsletter. The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, enquiry type and message. It stores that information in a private editorial inbox in this site's CMS on the VPS. We use it to answer your enquiry, check a proposed correction or handle a privacy request. Please do not send casino login details, payment information or account documents. Editorial staff use a separate CMS login; its essential session cookie is not a visitor-tracking feature.

Cloudflare provides DNS for this domain; its privacy policy↗ describes how it handles data connected with its services. The site's web pages and contact form connect directly to our VPS because Cloudflare's web proxy is not enabled for this domain. The VPS web server processes request data and may retain access and error logs for service operation and security. Public pages currently contain no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not use the contact form to create a visitor profile or send marketing.

Authorised editors can view contact messages in the CMS; the site administrator can access the server and its backups. We keep a message while we review and answer it and, where relevant, document a material correction or comply with a legal duty; we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Routine local backup copies are deleted within about 15 days. Technical logs follow the server's rotation and security settings. The site operator and VPS provider process the web requests needed to deliver the pages; Cloudflare handles the domain's DNS service. We do not publish messages sent through the form.
