If you need to stop gambling

Use the operator's published controls, keep the confirmation, and seek support if stopping feels difficult.

Act on the account you have

If you need a block now, use the restriction or closure route on the operator's own site. PlayOJO's tool page explains its account controls and the scope it states for self-exclusion. Paradise 8's policy describes support-assisted limits and closure. These are different published processes, so ask the operator to confirm what has been applied to your account.

Get the scope in writing

Keep the request, date, duration and written confirmation. Ask which existing accounts and domains are covered. Do not use a related brand as a way to test or work around a restriction. If marketing or access continues after a confirmed block, record it and tell the operator.

Support beyond the operator
